All content you upload to our website is considered non-confidential and non-copyrighted. We have the right to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, exploit, modify, alter, and/or disclose such material to third parties for any purpose. By placing an order with us,

  • Please make us an offer to purchase the tests listed in your order under the conditions described in your order;
  • Please assure us that the information you provide when placing your order is true and correct in every respect;
  • You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions;
  • You agree that we may use the information in your order in accordance with our privacy policy, which sets out the conditions under which we process the personal data we collect from you;
  • You agree that we may contact you if there are any problems with your order. If your order is delivered by a courier, you agree that we may share your information with our courier to resolve any questions or issues regarding delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse an order (or requested changes) at our sole discretion.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email with your details. Please check these details carefully and let us know as soon as possible if any of them are incorrect.

All orders are subject to availability (we reserve the right to change the availability of our products at any time) and to our acceptance of your order.

Data is automatically deleted after 12 months. If a test is not used within this period, we reserve the right to refuse to provide the service.

Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorized during the ordering and processing process, and you will be billed for the cost of the ordered test(s) at that time. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery

After completing your order for one or more tests, you will receive a link to download your test form. You must then fill out this form and return it to our laboratory address along with your hair sample. You are responsible for the postage costs of sending the sample to our laboratory. We are not liable for damage, loss, or theft of hair samples that do not reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you use registered mail or a similar shipping method.

We aim to send your test results to the email address you provided within 15 working days of receiving your test sample.

The delivery times for the test results are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Prices and Payment

All debit and credit card payments are subject to validation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize your purchase, or if authorization is delayed, we are not liable for any delays in delivery times.

By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us or our payment service provider to fully accept payment for the items included in your order and the associated shipping costs, as well as any other fees to which we are entitled under these Terms and Conditions.

If you choose to pay via PayPal, your use of the PayPal service is subject to the applicable PayPal User Agreement. Details regarding the terms and conditions for payments and refunds processed through PayPal can be found in the PayPal User Agreement.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

From time to time, we will run promotional and discount campaigns on selected tests. All qualifying offers will be automatically applied to your order. Our discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer. They are valid for a limited period specified on the website and cannot be used outside of this period.
